Web Design With A Guarantee:

"I'll refund every penny of your investment if you aren't 100% satisfied... and I'll even give you 30 days from the end of the project to make up your mind."

Let me share with you the three biggest complaints I hear from business owners that hired the typical run-of-the-mill web designer:
  • "I have to call the designer to change even a single word on the site and sometimes it takes days to get a reply."
  • "I have no idea if anyone sees the site, if it's working, or if it's a waste of money."
  • "They didn't deliver half of what they promised."
If you've ever hired someone to build a website then you know that these are real concerns.

Web Design For Entrepreneurs

I didn't start off wanting to be a web designer.  I was more or less forced to learn it.

Many years ago I had an idea for a new business and needed to hire someone to build a website. I quickly realized that most of the bozos creating websites didn't know a lick about marketing or much less how a non-techie business owner thinks about the web.

Out of desperation I taught myself what I needed to know, and realized that I had a real knack for the design and programming. A friend of mine who owned a business hired me to build his website.  That led to referral after referral and now I'm booked solid.

So, in response to those three major concerns, I built my consulting and web design business around these three promises:
  • You'll have the ability to add, edit, and delete pages on your website as easily as sending an email or typing a letter. You can make changes to your content any time you want.
  • You'll have feedback tools built into your website that tell you where your visitors are coming from, what they're most interested in, and what marketing is working the best for you.
  • You have my promise to deliver results and your complete satisfaction or else I'll give you a full refund.
Hey, when you've got a superior product or service it only makes sense to stand behind it with a solid guarantee.  You shouldn't take all the risk, now should you?

What's the catch?

There are three kinds of business owners that I won't work with for any reasonable amount of money:

The 3 Kinds of Businesses I Can't Help

1. Low-ticket, single-transaction business models.

If you sell a low-profit product or service and you only get one transaction per client then there's little chance that I can give you a two or three times return on your investment.

I'd rather be upfront with you than waste your time and mine.

Now… if you think you fall into this category I have some ideas you need to know about.  I can point you in the right direction and save you time, money, and frustration.  Contact me and you'll be glad you did.

(Note: If you make a big profit on a one time transaction - like a real estate agent - then I can still work with you.)

2. Anti-Advertising Mindset.

I also call this the "Field of Dreams Mentality."  If your idea of a website is "build it and they will come" then I can't help you either.

I can automate your marketing… I can do all the "hard stuff"… and I can show you how many clients you're getting for every dollar spent.  But if you're against advertising and marketing altogether and you're not willing to try something new… I'm not your guy.

3. Strapped for Cash.

My online marketing is going to bring you plenty of clients and revenue but I've seen some businesses so mismanaged that no amount of sales could save their cash flow problems.

I pour my heart and soul into your project.  The last thing I want is to hear that you need a refund to pay your electric bill or your secretary.

Plus… it costs money to hire the best.  I once heard someone say "Hire the right guy the first time and you only cry once."  I'm darn good but I ain't cheap.

What does Surefire charge for web design?

When you hire me you should expect...
  • You get the job done right.
  • You get it done on time.
  • You know what you're paying up front.
  • You don't get nickle and dimed.
I'm your Surefire solution.  But I'm not the cheapest.

Now, the good news is that I'm a lot less expensive than many boutique web design firms.  You know, the guys that charge $10,000 for a very basic website without half of the bells and whistles my clients enjoy.

I can't tell you exactly what your project will be until we chat for a few minutes... but I can tell you that I no longer take on any assignments for less than $4,000.

If that's out of your reach, then I understand and sincerely wish you the very best.  When I first started in business years and years ago that kind of investment wouldn't have been possible (or comfortable).  But that's my going rate.

I have no idea if my fees are a lot of money or just a drop in the bucket for you.  But every one of my clients has had to take a leap of faith trusting in my iron clad guarantee.

Bottom line: If I can't deliver… you don't pay.

"Thank You"

I just wanted to let you know what a success the referral program you created on my website has been. I haven’t even had the chance to inform people of the program, yet in the first 2 days of its existence I have already received 8 referrals. Amazing! I think much of the reason why it is so effective is because you so creatively designed the way my website communicates with the referrer and the referee. It seems foolproof.

I am by no means surprised by this superior quality of work. You are still the best investment I have made for my company to date. I look forward to a continued relationship with you for the years to come.

Gratefully,

Andres
